At Astoria Activewear, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely pack them using the original shipping mailer if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
